Job details:
Responsibilities:
Responsible network 1st line operation and
maintenance (O&M) in Network Operation Center (NOC)
- Assist and support NOC related
Configuration Management (CM), Software Management (SM) Performance
Management (PM) and Fault Management (FM)
- Perform remote Corrective Maintenance (CM) from NOC
- Monitor system performance and perform troubleshooting for any of issue occurred in NOC
-Prepare system parameter and database based on system planning
- Prepare regular report for network performance
- Closely work with other functional teams for troubleshooting and system improvement
Academic Qualifications
Diploma or above, major in telecommunication related subject is an advantage
- With knowledge in telecommunication (CDMA RAN, CORE, VAS)
- Polish and English languages are a must.
Work Experience
1 years or above working experience in Telecom field, preferable to those with experience in NOC operations
- With knowledge in Telecom Network such as GSM, CDMA, W-CDMA NGN, wireline and wireless networks
- Understanding the use of test instrument and O&M tools
- Huawei/Ericsson/ZTE experience is a benefit.
