Requirements:

High level of knowledge and experience in managing projects in the
brokerage and securities industries and the equity business line in
particular
. Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS/IT, or a related field
. A minimum of 5 years success as an IT project manager, with proven people management skills
. Experience managing multiple, high-visibility projects
. Knowledge of Equity - DMA, Program Trading, Equity Options & Futures
. High level of general management skills, including leading, negotiating, communicating and team building
. Strong understanding of IT principals, including lifecycle planning, estimating and architecture
. Fully proficient in use of MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PM tools
. Highly organized, with strong customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills
. PMP designation preferred
. Creative problem solving skills and attention to detail
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented environmen
