Key Responsibilities:
- Provide
timely, efficient and accurate information for customer projects as
requested by Project Managers, including creation of quotes,
documentation of supplier pricing, pricing negotiations and product
counts
- Meet standards of service quality by presenting accurate and complete information to clients.
- Provide
administrative support on supplier and product projects as outlined by
the Business Manager, assisting in the execution of detailed information
to the Sales team, including supporting training documentation as
necessary.
- Develop a strong understanding of Hospitality Designs product offerings other related services.
- Follow up in professional manner with suppliers to keep track of pricing.
- Prioritize jobs and duties from project to project.
- Other duties, as assigned by Business Manager.
Job Specifications (necessary skills and experience required):
- Good knowledge of Excel, MS Office, Word and Access platforms
- Basic knowledge of Auto CAD or similar programs
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Post secondary education, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Outstanding work ethic
